3. Orders & Commissions
a) Commission Process

A commission is confirmed once project details are agreed and (where required) payment or deposit is received.

Clients are responsible for providing accurate reference material and information.
b) Revisions

Reasonable revisions may be included as agreed at the outset.

Additional revisions or changes beyond the agreed scope may incur additional charges.
c) Delivery

Delivery timelines are estimates unless otherwise stated.

Delays caused by late client feedback or missing materials are not our responsibility.
4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are quoted in GBP unless otherwise stated.

Payment terms (full payment or deposit) will be agreed before work begins.

Late or non-payment may result in delays, suspension, or cancellation of work.
5. Cancellations & Refunds

Due to the bespoke nature of commissioned artwork, refunds are generally not available once work has begun.

If cancellation occurs before work has started, a refund may be issued at our discretion.

Completed work delivered in line with the agreed brief is non-refundable.
6. Intellectual Property

All artwork remains the intellectual property of GiggleFace unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Clients receive a licence to use the artwork for the purpose agreed at the time of commission.
b) Commercial Use

Commercial, promotional, or resale use may require an additional licence fee.

Artwork may not be altered, resold, or sublicensed without permission.
c) Portfolio Use

We reserve the right to display completed work in our portfolio, website, and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed.
