GiggleFace provides custom caricature artwork and illustration services, including (but not limited to):

  • Individual or group caricatures

  • Corporate and commercial commissions

  • Digital and/or physical artwork

All services are provided on a bespoke, commissioned basis.

3. Orders & Commissions

a) Commission Process

  • A commission is confirmed once project details are agreed and (where required) payment or deposit is received.

  • Clients are responsible for providing accurate reference material and information.

b) Revisions

  • Reasonable revisions may be included as agreed at the outset.

  • Additional revisions or changes beyond the agreed scope may incur additional charges.

c) Delivery

  • Delivery timelines are estimates unless otherwise stated.

  • Delays caused by late client feedback or missing materials are not our responsibility.

4. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are quoted in GBP unless otherwise stated.

  • Payment terms (full payment or deposit) will be agreed before work begins.

  • Late or non-payment may result in delays, suspension, or cancellation of work.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Due to the bespoke nature of commissioned artwork, refunds are generally not available once work has begun.

  • If cancellation occurs before work has started, a refund may be issued at our discretion.

  • Completed work delivered in line with the agreed brief is non-refundable.

6. Intellectual Property

a) Ownership

  • All artwork remains the intellectual property of GiggleFace unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • Clients receive a licence to use the artwork for the purpose agreed at the time of commission.

b) Commercial Use

  • Commercial, promotional, or resale use may require an additional licence fee.

  • Artwork may not be altered, resold, or sublicensed without permission.

c) Portfolio Use

  • We reserve the right to display completed work in our portfolio, website, and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the website for unlawful purposes

  • Infringe intellectual property rights

  • Upload malicious content or attempt to disrupt site functionality

We reserve the right to restrict access for misuse.

8. Website Content

All content on this website, including text, images, and designs, is owned by or licensed to GiggleFace and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.

  • Our total liability for any claim related to our services shall not exceed the amount paid for the relevant commission.
